1. Introduction

betnag operates as an online sports betting and casino gaming platform accessible at betnag.net. The platform offers a range of services including sports betting (with a particular focus on cricket, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), live casino games, slot machine games, Bingo Fishing, and other gaming products. These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by betnag and govern the relationship between betnag and each registered user.

2. Eligibility

To register an account and use betnag, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis for so long as your account remains active:

• You must not already hold an existing betnag account. Only one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address is permitted.

betnag reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure. Any winnings accrued on an ineligible account may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of betnag services, you must register a personal account via the betnag Login page. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid contact number. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.

3.1 Verification

3.2 Single Account Policy

If we identify that a user holds multiple accounts — whether registered under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — we reserve the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or pending withdrawals, with or without prior notice.

3.3 Account Security

• Deposited funds are held in your account balance and may be used for betting and gaming. betnag does not pay interest on account balances.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. betnag will not process withdrawals to a different payment method or a third party.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours of approval, subject to identity verification requirements and payment provider processing times.
• betnag reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of verification checks. Users are advised to complete KYC verification proactively to avoid delays.
• Pending bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be processed unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant bonus terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

betnag may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms, which will be communicated at the point of issue. The following general conditions apply to all betnag bonus offers unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x). The bonus amount and any winnings derived from it cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the time period specified in the individual offer. Unused bonuses will expire and be removed from your account balance without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at a time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously is not permitted.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on betnag, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other available sports markets:

6.1 Placement of Bets

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet has been placed and confirmed by betnag, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the user. betnag reserves the right to refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of system errors, incorrect odds publication, or suspicious betting patterns.

6.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled and not rescheduled within 48 hours; the odds were published in error due to a system fault; the event result cannot be verified by official sources; or betnag determines that the integrity of the event is in question.

6.3 In-Play Betting

betnag offers in-play (live) betting on selected cricket, football, and other sporting events. In-play odds change rapidly in response to match developments. betnag reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice, including during periods of match uncertainty or data feed disruption.

6.4 Results and Disputes

Official match results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BPL organising committee for BPL fixtures) will be used to settle all bets. In the event of a dispute regarding a settled result, you must contact betnag support within seven (7) days of the event's conclusion. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

7. Casino Games

betnag monitors all account activity and reserves the right to investigate and act upon any suspected breach of these prohibitions. Decisions regarding account action taken in response to prohibited conduct are final.

9. Privacy & Data
